Fort Worth Mega Center or us?

Where Fort Worth drivers can take the road test.

The main DPS option in Fort Worth is the Fort Worth Driver License Mega Center on Brentwood Stair Road. It is a full DPS office, so it handles the license card and the test. If you cannot find a DPS appointment that fits, a third party driving test at a school like ours is just as official, and same-day slots are often open.

Honest fit check

Is our Fort Worth driving school option right for you?

We are a good fit if you

  • Live in east Fort Worth, Handley, Meadowbrook or near Eastchase and want a quick drive
  • Need the road test soon and the DPS calendar is full
  • Do not have a car that passes the DPS vehicle check
  • Want a warm-up lesson right before your test
  • Work weekdays and need a Saturday test
  • Hold a license from another country and need a Texas road test

A school closer to home may be better if you

Live in far north Fort Worth or west of downtown and want weekly lessons from home. We only offer pickup inside Arlington, so Fort Worth students meet us at the office. For a one-time road test, the drive is usually worth it. For a series of weekly lessons, a school near you will save driving time.

We went there because we did not have enough time during the week, and it is usually hard to make a DPS appointment. … They are really friendly and helpful.

Questions, answered

Fort Worth driving school questions.

Still have a question?(469) 550-1743Call us now
Is there a driving school in Fort Worth that gives the DPS road test?
Several schools in the area are DPS-authorized test sites. Ours is in Arlington, about 25 minutes from downtown Fort Worth on I-30, and gives the official road test seven days a week.
Is a road test at a driving school the same as one at the Fort Worth Mega Center?
Yes. A test from a DPS-authorized third party site counts the same. After you pass, you take your results to a DPS driver license office to get your license card.
Do you pick up students in Fort Worth?
Not in Fort Worth. Our pickup ends at the Arlington city limits, so Fort Worth students start at our office, 1030 W Arkansas Ln, Suite 307.
Do you pick up in Arlington Heights?
No. Arlington Heights is a neighborhood in Fort Worth, not part of the City of Arlington, so it is outside our pickup area.
I have a license from another country. Can I test with you?
Yes, in most cases. Drivers moving to Texas from another country usually need both the Texas knowledge test and the road test. Call us with your situation, and see the road test requirements.
Can I take the road test on a Saturday?
Yes. We test seven days a week. Book online to see open times.
