Mansfield ISD families

Teen drivers ed for Mansfield ISD students.

If your teen attends a Mansfield ISD school, your teen can learn with a driving school or through the parent-taught route. You can also mix: the online course and parent practice at home, plus a few hours with a certified instructor for the skills that are hardest to teach a family member, like highway merging and parallel parking.

Your teen can practice the exact maneuvers the road test scores: backing in a straight line, parallel parking between standards, and lane changes in traffic. Under Texas rules, the test fails with more than 7 points lost on parallel parking or more than 5 on backing, so those are worth drilling before test day.

Mansfield ISD families who live in Arlington

Mansfield ISD includes part of south Arlington. If your home address is inside Arlington city limits, pickup is available: free within 5 miles of our office and $15 beyond 5 miles. Homes in the City of Mansfield are outside our pickup area, so those lessons start at the academy.
